Atlanta Condo Sales Market Update October 2009

Atlanta condos sales are still way off their peak as noted in this Atlanta condo sales chart comparing previous years and month. In the most recent statistics provided by our First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS)* it shows that we had 697 closing of attached single family homes sold in September of 2009. That is a drop of 9.9% from last September. The average sale price for single family attached home (Condo, town home, loft etc...) in September was $142,940
