This are looking up. I went there today to take a look and see the progress. Things are coming along very well. The street has been all leveled and I think they will be paving next week. This will clean up the site so that we can all see better the progress.
The first block is looking very good too. The second floor is up, the staircase is in and they are almost finished the second floor. The windows have just been put in and some of the doors are also installed. The only issue right now is that the area is very muddy. Once they can get the stones for the driveway in, it will clean it up.
The Builder is very confident that the possession dates will all be met and there should not be any delays for the clients to move in before Christmas. After all it's just around the corner.
