Why I Love Being a Dad (VIDEO proof)

If you've been reading my blog for any amount of time, you probably already know that I truly love my kids. Here's a quick and unedited video that I took tonight of our 3-year-old (Abby) and our 6-month old (Jenny). Abby would probably kiss and hug Jenny all day if we allowed it. In fact, my wife calls it "aggressive cuddling". I really like that term. I hope you enjoy this one. I play the part of the camera man/soon-to-be-jungle gym.

Jason, I have a crooked smile on my mouth. My "baby" is now 22. The older, a son, would probably kiss and hug the younger all day long. Born a nurturer, always a nurterer.

Jason, you have 2 very cute girls, Jenny is so adorable, aren't you glad Abby loves Jenny so much? They remind me of my 2 girls when they were that age, good memories......thanks for sharing.

Hi Jason... I can't get over how big Jenny has gotten in just 6 months. What a sweet and happy baby. I guess it is all in the genes!

Jason - that is precious. Oh how I wish my parents had the ability to take video back in the day. Imagine what a gift that would be to be an adult and look back on video the way you were when you were a baby. Very cool.

Aggressive cuddling. . great term.

Jason - your girls are adorable! And what a patient Dad you are. My baby is 11 now, and it's just not cool to hug Mom anymore, "someone might see." <sigh>

Jason...being a father and being able to spend the time with the kids is a great thing. Not every one has the time to spend.

Jason, Your children are gorgeous! I like your wife's term "aggressive cuddling" but she thinks she's the mom and is being protective. Just adorable and it makes me miss have a little one around.

Jason~ The girls are adorable. aggressive cuddling that's really cute. My children are all grown, now it's the grandchildren and we enjoy them as much if not more, can spoil them rotten then send them back home to Mom & Dad. :)

They are adorable and I love the expression "aggressive cuddling" to describe the affection. It's a perfect description of how my son related to my daughter. They will love this video when they are older!

They are so adorable.... priceless. Enjoy these moments though, for before you know it, they will be asking for the car keys!

Jason - Thank you for sharing your kids with us. There is nothing wrong with 'aggressive cuddling'. Its cute that she wants to be so close. Its important to have the video camera handy. Your kids will love it when they are older and so will you.
