Tonight's snapshot was delayed because I spent much of the day working on a new listing -- a great first-time-homebuyer opportunity in the Timberline neighborhood. This Flagstaff home is in great shape. Then, I ran off to a wonderful Flagstaff Symphony Orchestra performance.
While at the symphony, I ran into my title company source for Flagstaff foreclosures and she said, "Oops, I forgot to send out the list of sales for the week!" So, don't look for the foreclosure report here until Monday.
