Blair Farm residents enjoy the use of a Fabulous and spacious clubhouse which is perfect for the best birthday party ever or a girls night out monthly Bunko game. Current residents of Blair Farm get together often, whether for a neighborhood cookout or for trick-or-treating every Halloween. They hold a chili Cook Off once a year, and let me tell you...The competition is tough! There is always something going on in Blair Farm and the residents are more like family than neighbors.
Blair Farm also offers a large swimming pool and sun deck, with bath house and lighted tennis courts; all centrally located within the community. 
Blair Farm is just a few miles from Downtown Morehead City and the Morehead city Waterfront. On the waterfront, you will find antique shops, Deep sea fishing charters, Scuba Diving Shops, and some of the best Locally caught Seafood on the Crystal Coast! If you want a nice dinner with great service, The Sanitary Fish Market & Restaurant is a wonderful choice with yummy seafood, hushpuppies and sweet tea. Raps Grill & Bar can be found Downtown and offers tasty food and cold drinks in a very relaxed atmosphere. A few more of my favorites include

If you enjoy antique shopping, downtown Morehead City has a store for you. Evans Street Company Antiques, Light Tender’s Cottage, Jib Street Museum, Seaport Antique Market and Tir Na N Og are all within a few blocks of each other and you are sure to find a treasure that you can't live without in one (if not all) of these fabulous local shops.
Head on over the Atlantic Beach Causeway, just a few miles away, to Bogue Banks and the Crystal Coast Beaches where you will 
find Fort Macon State Park, The North Carolina Aquarium, The Country Club of the Crystal Coast or just enjoy some fun in the sun. If you decide to stay even closer to home, you will find lots of exciting things to do close by Blair Farm. Visit the Crystal Coast Jamboree and catch a variety of vocalists and musicians on stage or The History Place where you can learn tons about the local history and enjoy a cup of tea in The Tea Clipper.
Blair Farm is also convenient to Morehead City Schools, Carteret General Hospital and other medical facilities, City Parks, Marinas and Boat Ramps and the Historic Town of Beaufort. Everything you will ever need is just around the corner from Blair Farm.
