Staging for Senior in Myrtle Beach

By
Home Stager with Carolina Spaces, LLC

had a great experience in Myrtle Beach this week staging an occupied home for a darling senior couple.  This was a wonderful example of how staging changes people's lives!

The wife is an antique collector, loves her stuff, but understood that if she wanted to sell her house it had to be purged.  She couldn't stop walking around from room to room after my assistant and I were done.  The window treatments are included in the sales price, and some antiques are too fragile to be moved into storage, so I had to work with and around them.  As usual, I'm hoping for a fast sale!

68 agents will be touring the home for a second time after touring it before staging.  I can't wait to hear the comments!

This looks wonder ful I am a fan of stagging. I thing it is a good way to make your home "new" even if you are not planning on moving. We all get way to attached to stuff, as the before picture showes.
