Is the economy on a rebound?

With the release of the beige book numbers this week, how many people believe that the economy is now on a rebound? According the unemployment number, there are less unemployed individuals applying for benefits..?

A lot of my clients are questioning the findings. You must admit it is controversial. How many do believe the economy is pulling itself out of the recession?

Yes at lest in the Antelope Valley... Palmdale has a $200 million hospital due to open early 2010. A billion dollar power plant due to start construction in 2010 and home prices the lowest in the Los Angeles County... In pockets the rebound is starting but we need to stay the course. We believe we see it sputter along in 2010, but we are on the rise here...

The nationa numbers for resale homes is up massively and that is a sign of recovery.
