If the don't blow out the lines with an air compressor when they winterize theguts inside the show valves will freeze. Then the valve will drip when taking a shower. About 2 cups per shower and if the inspector does not use an infrared camera they will never see two cups of water on the sheetrock ceiling below. We find this all of the time.
