Real estate is all about location, location, location whether it means the location of a property or the location of your marketing efforts. We toil long and hard to ensure we are utilizing facebook, twitter, linkedin, blogging and other social networks. If you have a social media marketing strategy, you are already ahead of the masses that are sure to continue to adopt all of these networks. Whether you have a social media marketing strategy or not, here is a “location” that inspires me.

This is a shot of a vineyard row, taken in November of 2008, during late harvest in the Stags Leap District of Napa Valley on the Silverado Trail. This picture represents the passion and love I have for this location–do you use pictures and video to elicit an emotional response?

Dean:  This is such a great point in my opinion.  If Real Estate is all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION...  why do so many Agents forget to reflect this in their marketing?

Thanks Dean.  I'm going to put this in action tomorrow. One of my listings definitely needs some Emotional Response pictures.

Mirela, thank you for the kind comment. I took the picture on a day trip to Napa Valley. It was very important for me as I grew up in a family that produced grapes for wineries. I just feel good when I look at that shot and it reminds me of what I love about Napa.

Hi Nellie, thank you for your comment. I am glad to help in anyway. Here is one tip I seem to see ignored. Why not place people in pictures for ad for a home for sale? Why not have a family, of friends, pose in the backyard or in the family room. Something that will spark a memory for a family looking to create new memories in a new place. Thanks so much!
