How many of you have ever taken a picture while falling down?

Yup...after meeting clients for a home inspection today I stopped to take pictures (those are coming). After snapping a few shot I hopped off the wall and I took one step and....you got it. I fell head over heels onto the pavement while my camera left my hand and click a pic while skidding on the pavement.

Mighty talented that camera of mine LOL!

I got a pavement burn on both hands and made most likely a sight for traffic going by but hey.....

I have a talented camera lol!

Sally - I'm glad you found humor in that. But what an awesome title to the post. I'm glad you are okay...

Celeste, nice try (LOL). I would still prefer to keep the camera of the pavement (usually I succeed)

Sally- I am happy that you are OK. That is more important than the camera. Yes, you are a talented photographer! That is for sure!

Celeste: perhaps you can teach a class on how to produce these unusual shots.

As long as you're OK ... the camera is a non-issue!  LOL  Talented?  Maybe it is ... but it learned from YOU!

Glad to hear you're o.k., except for maybe a slightly bruised ego.

You guys aren't going to believe this....I crawled to my camera before getting up to make sure it wasn't damaged.....a few scrapes for both of us and glad these old bones didn't get damaged. My palms hurt :(

A terrific light moment.  I am glad you are ok and everyone can share in your "moment to remember."  Of, course I think we all can remember a time or two of our own.

Maybe you should send your camera on ahead to take the shots without you.  It seems to do quite well on its own and certainly is safer.

why doesn't that work when I fall down.  You have a special camera.

Sally,

I don't jump walls any more; if I fall, I'm less likely to get up.

Hi Sally>Glad you're OK   I hope that the palms are feeling better!  I am a notorious klutz and have taken a spill in front of clients.  It could happen to anyone.  Great photo! --Sara

Glad you're okay Sally. That's quite a story. And definitely not a bad photo for a "rogue" camera.:-)

Woo Hoo, I hope you are OK. I'll bet that hurt. Thankfully your clients didn't see what you would be willing to do to get a photo.  What's that expression they used to tell us when we started in this business, " Being there is at least half of your potential real estate success". I can see clearly you were there! While you were crawling on your knees to get this unusual photo, I was staring at the moon and wondered what it would look like I took a picture of it. The answer: like a quarter round saltine cracker. Now I know. Not all that pretty, lol.

Good to see that both you and the camera survived the fall. Not a bad shot for a camera that was taking a flying click...

Sally, glad you got a way with just a little scrape or two.

Interesting twist.

Too bad nobody captured the whole incident on video -- that would have been postworthy for sure.

Oh my...I can't believe you caught this.

One of my team members fell off a porch last week, and was on crutches.

Talking backwards.

Glad your better but bet you are sore today.

Glad you were not seriously injured!  Only you would manage to take a photo on your way down - I probably would have dropped the camera!
