Speechless Sunday - Reach out and touch a cloud

Low Clouds

This looks like it was about to storm but never did. Maybe it was just the time of day the shot was taken, early evening.

Sitting on the white sands, listening to the waves and watching the cloud formation can really make me forget all the stresses in life, if just for a while.

It looks like a nice downpour out there in the right center part of the picture. Maybe that's where the two boats are heading.

I'm glad you mentioned this was taken in the Caribbean. I was beginning to wonder why you had such blue water in NY while ours is no where near that color :)

Jennifer that cloud looks like a shark to me. The white hole is the mouth and the cloud above the white hole looks like the nose.

Jennifer - I see a large tortuga in the clouds. . .See the head and half of its body?

It always amazes me how the clouds in the Caribbean look so forboding then just as quickly disappear without spilling a drop.

George I took a look and you might be right. That is a feature I like about clouds, if you look long enough you can see formations.

Jenny that was the case with my photo, it never rained although it look as if there was going to be a huge downpour.

Great title! It really does look like you can reach out and touch those clouds. It's like I'm looking at our own little plot of shoreline. Yet you're MANY miles away!
