When I see early a.m. and p.m. shots I always remember the old saying "red skies at night, sailors delight; red sky in morning, sailor take warning"....nice picture!

Amazing colors and what a site to see first thing in the morning. One of my favorite lines from a movie is when the leading man says his favorite color is the purplish-pink the sky turns at sunrise and sunset (It Could Happen to You).

Wonderful photo of an idyllic moment as the sun rises in the morning. Gary is right about the old saying "red skies at night, sailors delight; red sky in the morning, sailor take warning." My hubby Gene was in the Navy and he still says that to this day!

Toula - It's good to know there are other folks that get up early like I do. I have a friend that lives in Florida. Thank goodness because of the three hour time difference I can call her at 5:00 am California time, and she is up in her state at 8:00 am.
