Hi Stewart... Now this is really funny! I've been scared of trying yoga... until now!

They teach a Yoga class next to the weight room where I work out I could have sworn they were saying something about a dog-down position...but I guess it could have been a "fall down position".

Stewart - what a llaugh, but there is a lot of truth to is apparently.
