Hi everyone thanks for stopping by.... yes it is very interesting to watch the little one play... Matt had his eye on the prize it was to get a goal and it was only (lol)  5 games to get his first one after that he was a scoring machine he had (7 goals in one game although it was for the other team it was the wrong goal) the next game 2 goals then the next 4 goals....he is on fire he thinks he is .............. I assume you were cheering for the guys in orange!

our grandson played soccer the last couple of years.

He found the sport that he is good at and thoroughly enjoys it.  I took a lot of photos of him - should post them.

I bet the best part was getting to play in the mud and not getting fussed at!

Zane -Judging from the pictures (one in particular) I would think your little guy is learning the road to the goal has its ups and downs

Zane, great pics. Really took me back in time,  Today is my first born son's 30th birthday.  Time really does fly.  It was only yesterday that I was coaching his team in T Ball and he was running for first base on his first hit and continuing on to RIGHT FIELD!  Soon he will be teaching his son to run the bases.  Thanks for bringing me back to those great days when you saw the world thru a 7 yr old's eyes.

Yay!  He did it!  Great shots for both you and your son, Zane.  We used to live near the public park where the little kids would play soccer.  Everytime my son and I would go by, we would say "The minis are playing!"  It always looks like such fun to watch them run around, kicking the ball.  Everyone is so encouraging.  It was quite a different story for our son's age level.  Parents can be quite loud and obnoxious after they aren't preschoolers.
