Show Time!!!

Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Premier Properties

As Realtors, we do many activities that we consider as work.  Remember The 3 key elements are:1) pitching a listing, 2) negotiating a contract, and 3) prospecting to get more of 1 and 2.  I think that we should look back and see how much time we really spend working per day.  Are we busy showing up to the office?, when we could be meeting new people. Are we spending too much time shuffling paper work?  How much time do we spend?

Great post Christos!  So true!  We really only should be doing 1, 2 & 3.  But many agents do get bogged down with "stuff" that they could be delegating.  Great blog post!

Chistos, Great comments. I was on a webinar last week with the moderator talking about all the things we do during a day that don't produce Listings , Sales, or Contracts.
