We are once again approaching the time of year when the days are growing shorter and daylight savings time will soon be ending.  I have a couple of lights in my home which run on timers and I can always tell the change of seasons by when I need to adjust them to the new time of the sunset.

Last week, as I sat in my office around 7:00 P.M., a time that just a month ago would have still been light outside, I looked up and realized that I may not be the only person who needs to adjust the timers on his (or her) lights... but what a beautiful image backlit by the final minutes of the setting sun!

Steve:  Now THAT... is a great picture.  You seem to have captured it at just the right moment.  As for turning the clocks back one hour next weekend... yes, we DO get an extra hour of sleep.

I have a request, though.  Could we puhleeze turn our clocks back twenty-five hours ?  Then, I am guessing, we will all be able (at least I will) to get twenty-FIVE extra hours of sleep.  Could we please, huh, huh ?

I'm with Karen Anne,  I'd love to sleep an extra 25 hours.  Wow, that would be better than a hot fudge sundae!

Steve - Very nice picture, my friend.  I agree with Karen Anne - you caught it at the perfect moment.

Steve:  I agree with both Ricki and Jason.  Why ?  Cuz they "agree with Karen Anne."  Such wise readers you have !
