We are living at an interesting time. Some very high-ranking representatives of the People find it technically difficult to post the Healthcare Bill on the Internet for people to read. I would not have a problem with that if I were them. An over a thousand page bill is too long even for them to read, and they paid staff for that, so why be worrying about folks who would still not have time to read it, and then check all the references made in the bill, and then have time to understand the immediate changes and how they will affect us, and then the long term effects and how they will change our lives.
I do not know about you, I feel it as an attempt to silence us. Let THEM decide for us. THEY know better. But it does not work today. While some cann't figure how to post text on the Internet in 2009 and for whatever reason are saying that it will take a long time to scan, while nobody need to scan anything, it is in text form on someone's computer, the others simply getting the exposure using new media, like YouTube. So, if THEY want us to trust THEM, why not? Let's watch THEM and listen to THEM on YouTube.
We sure need to know who are US and who're THEM when the time for elections come.

It is funny how they can't manage to put the bill online, but every time you turn around some 'official' has posted a video. It's just a con on their part, plain and simple.

Takeover the health care system, takeover and eighth of the economy so they must do this secretly not to expose the greater agenda. I think most people are dumbed down when it comes to reading difficult things.
We now read at a 6ht grade level in America. If you go back and read the documents of our John Locke, Thomas Paine, most find it very difficult to understand. I know I find myself reading a paragraph over many times.
So we are accustomed to quick sound bites.
Regardless, it is important to get the word out.
I for one had not heard about the hospice care that would be eliminated.

Nicholas - people who were starting the Russian revolution were naive romantic, but not villains. They were implementing the dream. People like Stalin came in the process, and hijacked the Power and made it what it finally became.
Castro was full of genuine ideas of liberating Cuba from the dictator. He was not planning to change one dictatorship with another, much worse.
The people in the administration may be sincere in their view of the future of this country. It does not mean that the country is not going to suffer.
September 11 showed how easy it is to lose several thousand people on your soil as a result of terrorist attack. The country united after that... but not for long. But the bigger danger came from the inside, not from the outside.
It is one thing when your enemies want you to give in, it is another when your government wants to give in.
Missy - who has ears, they hear. Who have eyes - they see. Who wants to figure it out, they can. Who keeps saying that we better give it all to the government, they simply do not want to know, hear or see.
