Yes sales are up, but prices are way downThe average sales price in September 2009 not including any sellers concessions is now at $423,935 that is down 16.58% from the same time frame in 2008 where the average sold price stood at $508,163. The average list price for home has also dropped. So the good news is that more homes are being sold, but the bad news is at much lower prices than last year.
