Why am I headed to NAR's Convention in November?

I've been asked by multiple clients of mine on a regular basis, since I've begun telling people that I had registered for the NAR's Convention, that is to be held in San Diego this November. I begin to tell them, that as a real estate technology expert, it is critical for me to be on top of the latest trends and products available to real estate agents.

It's crucial for me to keep track of not only the latest and greatest in technology, but its also critical to keep track of the real estate technology (and marketing) products and services available, to give my clients the highest level of support out there.

When at the convention, I form partnerships with service and product companies that are there, to either provide a discount to my clients, or so that I can later have meetings with them to learn more in depth about their product so that I can either integrate it with my clients current business or to help them in the support end of the product.

I have been to NAR's convention before, and to several others, and find that the knowledge and inside scoop is critical to my business, as well as my clients. It's things like attending this conference (I only go for the EXPO, which I spend a good 2 full days at) that give me the competitive edge over all other small computer repair businesses and the big box stores (best buy, staples and office depot) to provide you, the real estate agent or broker with the best possible IT support for your office.

Those are several points that I bring out to my clients when they ask. Below are several things that I am definitely looking forward to at this years convention and EXPO!

As well as marketing companies!

Hey, I like your new profile photo! I was planning on going, but business is keeping me here. I'm a little worried because my computer is bound to "go" while you're out of town!

David: I didn't read here the part about San Diego being a cool city that would be awesome to be able to visit and write off as a tax deduction. Equally as important these days!

ahhh but remember, I can remotely fix it from far far away, such as sunny and warm San Diego! It should be a good EXPO, it usually is! I think Helga Smith from your office is going to go to it this year...I need to double check that, before I go!

oh and thanks on the profile picture...I also remodeled the entire profile. Also an entire brand new website is in the works as well.

you know Matt, I was going to add that, and I forgot! San Diego is one of my favorite cities...So. Cal as a whole is one of my favorite spots! Plus the fact that I have a bunch of family in the area (the OC and the IE) make the trip that much better! I'll be spending 10 days out there. oh yea the tax deduction --- thats always a BIG plus
