Help me choose a new AR picture please..!

Okay, so I had new pictures taken recently because I got sick of the old ones and I thought I would freshen up my look a little bit. A great friend of mine took some beautiful photo's of me and now I'm stuck on which picture I like best..! I've narrowed it down to the three below:

1. Classic B&W (current AR picture)

2. Full on Color

3. Indoors, but with a little greenery in the background still

Which one do you think??

Theses are great! I like the black and white top picture as it seems photo-journalistic...

Personally, I thought the last one was your best picture.

I would choose the third picture. It is much preferred.

All three look very nice, but I like number three the best.

It's always tough to choose!

Gina - I like the third photo the best. I like the black and white but not for Active Rain. I prefer the color for Active Rain and the 3rd one the best.

Absolutely number 3 is the best of the photo's

Numbers 1 and 2 in that order -- all the best.

My vote: #3 - you seem friendlier and more likable. You will make more money. :-)

I will have to tally up all the votes by Monday evening and announce which one is the winner!! So far it looks pretty close between #1 and #3!

I would go with number 2.

The black and white in number two had a small come back years ago, but color is a necessity. You don't really want to put black and white on your marketing material or website, right?

And believe it or not, your right collar is sticking up in picture #3 and it looks a bit odd.

Also, I think having you standing up doesn't give the slight psychological nuance that you are lazy, as picture #3 sort of gives a subliminal message.

There ya go, my two cents.......

I would choose #3. It gives you warmer more inviting appearance.

Ralph - Thank you for all the detailed feedback! I must say you are pretty observant, your the first one to point out that the collar is slightly raised in picture #3..!

Theodora - I agree about the warmer, inviting appearance, that picture #3 conveys. I had the same opinion myself!

Gina, number 3 is your best one there. Have fun and good luck.

Gina-I like 3, all are really good, but 3 is my pick!

while 3 is god I would go with the B&W image. Very classy. Try #3 in black and white

Personally they are all great, but # 2 I really like.

Sounds like you all are having trouble picking one picture over the other just like I am..!

Tony - Your B&W photo is adorable! Love it! I'm leaning more towards the B&W photo too because I think it adds something different and it's not what is expected so it draws your attention to the photograph more. But from the looks of it, everyone seems to have mixed reviews on choosing a B&W profile picture... Guess only time will tell on which one I end up choosing..!

Gina, Number 1 and number 3 are my choices but it depends on whether you want to use B&W or color. Actually you're lovely either way.

Greg - Thanks for the sweet comment. I actually kind of like the B&W, I think it's a little unexpected but I still think it works nicely. I feel that my smile and the way I am sitting in picture #2 is not very warm and inviting like #1 and #3 are. Anyways, thanks for the feedback! I'm going to tally up the votes now and post them..!

(some people had 2 votes so I counted a vote for both)

As much as I love #1, I agree with the arguments that #3 is more warm and inviting. Generally color is better for online and other marketing purposes outside of AR, so I am going to ask my photographer friend for the original color picture to suffice best of both worlds..!

Gina - LOVE the new picture!! No matter which photo you chose, you couldn't go wrong!

My favorite is picture#3, but picture #1 looks better on the current background.

Haris - Thanks for the feedback! I agree, I like the background of picture number #1 better because it doesn't look so cheesy or cluttered.

Hi Gina, Normally I dont care for the B&W photos, but in your case I like your black and white the best

It would be a bad Facebook photo, but it is a great business picture.

Don't worry, I am not using the B&W for facebook! I have a company page and a personal page - the company page currently has my logo as the picture.

I only have a personal page. I guess I should look into a business one.

Robert - I just recently brought on an agent so operate as a team now and I just thought a company page would work better in that sense. If your pretty good at keeping your page pretty professional as far as comments and photo's go, I almost think it's better to just have one page because it shows that you aren't just a Realtor, your a neighbor and friend as well.
