Far too often, I get hung up in our dog-eat-dog, microwave, gotta-get-done, zoom-zoom life style. I do not take the time to slow down as often as I need. Instead of reaching out a hand or lending a hand, I have been guilty of running over that hand. Today, I will make that conscious effort to make a stranger feel loved and appreciated. I know that tonight, I will sleep much better because of that...

I am very lucky! I have a four year little boy who reminds me daily to slow down and enjoy the little things. Yesterday, we spent an hour at the pumpkin patch, picking out the perfect subject for a Jack-O-lantern. Wonder what's in store for today? I hope you have a great Monday!

Good reminder. Often times we forget to enjoy what we have and concentrate in what we don't have

I like the wording, zoom zoom lifestyle. A great reminder to slow down and understand what is really important in life.

It isn't so hard - we basically just need to remember this attitude.

Hi Michael, it's about 16 hours since you posted this message. How did you do, are you going to sleep better tonight?

I got into the business of inspecting homes because I felt I could help people and do something that was worth while. Thanks for the reminder to look around and lend a hand where ever it presents itself.

Michael getting here late this evening but will certainly remember that tomorrow when I'm whipping around and zooming down some crazy Texas road. I also like the photo.
