Are short sales categorized differently than regular sales on your MLS?
Once you have an offer do you change the status? (Here in Albuquerque we can keep them active while seeking back up offers).
Our MLS board is looking at changes-currently we have only 6 statuses: Active, Pending,Closed, Expired, Cancelled and withdrawn. I hear other MLS's have "active-w contingency" or "pending please show" categories.

Nevin: Pricing always sells the property. It depends on what the owner wants to use the condo for. If it is a vacation or second home (which there is demand for here) there usually isn't too much of an issue!
