Great write up for a great house!  The home fits the bill for a primary residence, or a vacation home - due to its low maintenance features.   

I was able to preview the home before and after the professional stager did her magic.  A wonderful home to begin with, but after the staging took place, it had a totally different feel to it (a  "I can picture my stuff in this house and it looks great so I'll buy it"  feel).
