Good info, Sharon! I find people call a Stager too late in the process! At least a month ahead of time would be ideal. Often I'm called in a few days before they want the property on the market, and then they are totally overwhelmed. Good message to get out there--call the Stager first.

Thank You for posting what you do and how much you charge for your "walk & talk". My process and fees for that are identical...it is good to know that what I am doing makes sense to me as well as others. When I hear of people doing 30 page reports for their staging recommendations I think...poor sellers!
