Hi Laura - Thanks for sharing Brian's new theme. I have a few domain names that this might work very well with. Saw Reggie and Nik Nik when they were here for BlogWorld Expo. We need to get you to Las Vegas some time, maybe the BarCamp in January?

I think this theme is awesome. I'm going to see how I can apply it to a home staging website.

Hi Fred~ Yup..just what Brian said one time fee..

AND I have to tell you SUPPORT is great with AgentPress or StudioPress. I'm currently re-designing my site with a Studiopress site, and have done a few for clients as well, and they have been fantastic. There are tutorials and basic theme FAQ as well to get you off on the right foot. OR give me a call too:)

Will check this out right away.  I'm close to making a decision on my new blogsite, so perfect timing.

AgentPress really looks fantastic. Wordpress sites rock and I'm excited to use possibly use AgentPress for some of my agents who are changing their sites over (from a well know vendor we love to hate who's initials are AA).

I'm using the old Revlolution theme for my current site now, but I am working on doing a redesign with one of the newer StudioPress themes... you know... when I find time. ;)

Laura,

This is really fabulous. We hired a web design company back last summer '09 to begin working on our new firm's website. Unfortunately, the company has not delivered the results promised in a timely manner. So we ditched them. We are now leaning heavily towards using "AgentPress" for our web platform. The only concern I have is rationalizing the price for the AgentPress site, as oppose to using one of the other professional StudioPress templates to create our site, since there is a reduction of around $40.00 for the price. Also, I want to make sure IDX integration is smooth sailing, as it is critical for our clients to use our site to explore listings.

Hi Jaclyn~ I understand your concern.

The AgentPress site which was specifically designed for real estate has many features that aren't found under the other themes, so the design/coding more than offsets the $40.00 extra that you pay for the AP theme.  When you factor in the functions like Featured Listings, detailed listing information, photo gallery etc. is added in. (that is already in the backend of the AgentPress site)

Rest assured though, even if you go with one of the other themes in StudioPress (I have the Agent Theme) you will receive a high-powered SEO'd website and blog in one that can be targeted to your community, plus great support. There are some awesome IDX solutions out there for WP as well:)

Good luck with the new site!

Thanks Laura,

I am SOLD on the themes, --especially the unlimited, lifetime customer support and forums; but I want to make sure that IDX integration will go as smoothly. Your site looks great! Did you customize it yourself?
