Traffic is picking up, there are more license plates from areas like Wisconsin, New Jersey, New York and Ohio all of a sudden.  The weather is starting to get cold up North... We have been fortunate to not have a weather incident (the H word) and people are starting to plan their winter get aways.  Gas prices are going down, interest rates are going down...  All indicators that we will have a wonderful season.

With the snowbirds now on their way, we will miss:

  • Walking into a restaurant and getting a table right away
  • reduced traffic

With the snowbirds here we hopefully will enjoy:

  • SALES
  • Lots of visitors
  • More options to do things in the evenings

Yes, hopefully the lack of storms this year will translate into more sales.  If only the lack of storms would translate into the reduction of Insurance Rates.  Just wishful thinking I guess!

Insurance companies are quick to raise the rates, yet we never really see a reduction now do we?
