Susie...great post! I got my butt in gear to start doing these! I want to do them by condo building in Midtown. You know what? Can't do? At least not unless I manually track what's on the market at the beginning of the month and then save it for a year. So, I won't be able to do building comparisions until November 2010!!!!!

I can do the entire area of Midtown, but I want to be able to provide more specific info to my readers! So much for that idea!

See you in a couple weeks!!

Hi Susie, Unless I am missing something, things don't so look red hot. If there is a hopeful note, it would be in the percentage of change form the previous month has is getting less ( I am learning from our press today how to make less seem better, almost good. LOL ). You need a stimulus package to goose stimulate your market. Maybe you should bring out the big pots and a wooden spoon and bang them all over town telling people that they can buy homes at nearly 50 % off but it won't last long, so you got to get one today. OK, I know that will not really help, but imagine my joy at watching you do that. hehehe. BTW, great report as always.
