I know this is a subject that seems like common sense to most seasoned Real Estate agents.
My partner and I , Carol vonRabenstein, have been centering on sales the last couple of years because to us listings were not fun. We have been seeling ninety percent of our sales from Internet leads.
Our sales have been around ten million to 13 million dollars for the two of us the last two years. Through being pounded on by our Broker, Sherry Davidson (www.daivdsonrealtyinc.com) and our manager, Karen Palmer, we decided to start pushing listings.
We also got in a MasterMind group with a gentleman by the name of Jim Droz, www.drozcorp.com, and was pounded even harder.
Guess what it works. To think we have been avoiding a major portion of our potential income.
