Spencer Yu, My Friend. Your Heart Will Go On and On! Bless You!

Yesterday, I received some very sad news.

A dear, but distant friend, Spencer Yu passed away suddenly while on an Atlantis Cruise in Mexico.

I met Spencer several years ago, and while we had not seen each other in person for several years,

his zest for life could bring a smile to anyone's face. Or, all you had to do was look at him. Always a smile!

Spencer, my friend, I will miss you dearly.

The Good Lord has his plans, many of which we do not understand. It seems you left us far too soon, but we must have faith that the Lord needed you for bigger plans.

I know you danced your way through the Gates of Heaven, and you will be dancing there at the Gates when the day comes we can once again dance till the sun comes up.

God Bless you my friend. I love you. Now. And Forever.

I was so heartbroken this morning when my assistant called me to tell me the awlful news of Spencer passing away this past weekend. Most early mornings I would see Spencer at Crunch and he would always have a smile, a wave or a few minutes to chat about everything and nothing. Spencer was also a good customer of the store I work at and my staff all loved him. I'll miss his beautiful smile, his kind words, his eagerness to help anyone if needed and just being that great guy that so many people think doesn't exisit in Los Angeles. My heart goes out to Dan, his partner, their family and friends. I will truly miss you Spencer but you will never be forgotten in my heart. I love you brother!!

Wes: Lucky you for having been able to see more of him than we did. It has been 3 years since we last saw him, and will now have just our memories and photos to keep with us!
