A LIVE testimonial from a new home buyer! ~ San Antonio Real Estate ~ Arlene Kimble

I'm completely addicted to live testimonials now. I think they provide viewers with so much more than something in writing.

It's candid, it's live, it's fun! Agree?

Live testimonials aren't ALWAYS a piece of cake though...In order to get a live testimonial, you have to be prepared! You MUST:

#1. Have a closing that your clients can attest to!

#1. Remember your video camera!

#2. Remember to ask for the live testimonial (sometimes the toughest if you forget!!)

#3. Get them to agree to do it!!!

Kristin - I'm working my nerve up to getting the live testimonials....

Very interesting! That takes skill for sure! I'm not sure how I'd approach that..

Lorena - I was nervous to ask on my first one but it get's easier, it's actually fun! Although I should say I would agree (with my husband) if you couldn't hear me cackling in the background it might be a tad more professional. :D

G - I am very amateur w/the camera but I know it doesn't have to be perfect!

Interesting idea, do you tell them it will be on you tube?

Way cool. I keep forgetting to bring a camera to closings.

K-the "cackling" makes it all the more authentic and effective. I haven't gotten my nerve up, worried what people will think when they know I'm going to post it online. Love it though, good job!

Kristin - Thats a good idea. I'm with Greg though and wouldn't know how to approach it exactly. Yours turned out well. Now you just have to email that to all of her friends. :-)

Kristin, what a great idea! You did an excellent job on this post and it's cool that your client pulled this off. I have been so busy I have not have the time to post much myself but wanted to check in and see what ws happening in your neck of the woods!
