Thanks Andrea...the further you get from the cities, all the people, the lower cost Maine waterfront really shines. You have to be willing to go a little further up the pike! To get the best spot!

Hey Andrew, That looks like a great parcel. Lakefront land like that in my neck of the woods is right around 100k.
