Renee,

2 month inventory, looks like things are getting better.  Hopefully all those under contracts are yours and they wil be closing soon...that would be a great wind fall!! 

I'm still on the mend so my brain is not at 100%.  I'm doing enough just to keep things together with my clients.  I wil be glad to be done with the hacking.. ugh :O 

I could use Vegas now, it's snowing ....maybe some buyer will feel the same way!  Stay healthy!
