Saving a home/fixing a loan

I am attending a seminar on Short sale and Foreclosures and we are discussing way to save peoples homes and fixing loans before exploring the Short Sale route. It is amazing how many people just walk away from their homes without even speaking to their lender or a Realtor. I wish that more people would reach out and let us try and help. I am so glad to have this knowledge to be able to help others.

I agree Mike. Unfortunately, a lot of buyers did not understand what they were getting into when they bought the home on a program that was confusing, now they are in a situation that is just as confusing. I think many buyers may feel too embarrassed or feel like the have been deceived by this industry and are not willing, or feel comfortable in calling a professional that can offer assistance or advice.

I hope your effort in continuing your education will help at least a few among the many!
