2. Note Google Voice just added support for text messages. Given Google's savvy APIs, this will be quite useful for marketing (text-message marketing just like mass email marketing), automatic response on listings (Hmm... look for this in http://SwiftCRM.com ! i.e. respond with property info and track them as a lead), and they transcribe your voicemails - which definitely saves time. You can now forward your phone voicemails to your google voice account for this, by the way.
