I got a call from a Realtor in West Virginia asking me if I could sell in Perry county.

That's is about 50 miles away, but discussed it with my team. One of my Realtor/partners knows Perry county and is looking at the home and land and will list it for sale1

Congratulations! That's what I am hoping for.  But in the meantime, I referred out to an Active Rain member so maybe it will come back to me.
