Hey Tammy, How are you. Saw you on Cs page and thought I would come on over. Haven't been here in a while. You are so right there are a lot of deals out there right now. Time to listen up buyers.

Closed one yesterday. Was a fantastic deal on a foreclosure. It had multiple offers, but we won and we closed. I can't believe some of the prices. Of course C's post makes me want to go on vacation.

Great point, Tammy. What better way for a buyer who wants to chase foreclosures than to work with an agent who lists foreclosures and understands how to write offers that banks will accept.

If anybody wants to buy a foreclosure home in Lake Sinclar, they should call you. They'd be a fool not to.
