Time is quickly running out for the $8,000 First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit. Homes must be settled before December 1, 2009 in order to qualify for the credit. A recent post by Jennifer Fivelsdal spelled out the situation.

The US certainly has an excellent incentive for home buyers....I wish we had the same here in Canada!

September home sales were up 30% from a year ago, largely because of the first time buyer tax credit, but it's scheduled to expire soon.

my brother is monivg to the Lancaster area in January and is hoping to expand his internet business

by renting an office. I found a few agrents and websites for him to use, but is one better than another/.

He is using loopnet.com and Office space heaven. Do you have anybody else or websites to refer him to
