"Palencia Marketing Campaign"
Palencia is one of the area's newest developments and offers a variety of home styles including condominiums, patio homes, villas and even spacious executive lots. It is an upscale gated community, located along US 1 and the Intracoastal waterway, a bit closer to St. Augustine than to Jacksonville, and about 5 miles due east of the World Golf Hall of Fame. The community includes single-family and condominium homes priced from $100,000 to $5,000,000. There are gorgeous estate lots fronting deep marsh connecting with the Intracoastal waterway. It also has one of the finest Private golf courses in the area.
Ted Tyndall and Carol vonRabenstein, with Davidson Realty Inc, have been extremely active in selling new construction as well as soliciting homes for resale.
As of November 2009 they will start a Marketing Campaign to better associate themselves with the local residents that currently live in Palencia. Their goal will be to have the opportunity to meet as many residents as possible to allow the current residents of Palencia to know how Ted and Carol may help them. This offer to help will be in many areas not just selling Real Estate.
Ted and Carol are both certified in Distressed Property as CDPE's. This could include foreclosures as well as Short sales. Their primary goal would be to direct them to someone in the correct field that may help them in saving their home as opposed to selling it or losing it to foreclosure.
