So does that mean that this neighborhood is a great place to be an agent for or no? I mean hey, you have almost guaranteed turnaround! :oD

That is pretty amazing:) I don't think I would still be living there - especially with a kid:) Woudl you? My good ness!

I am trying to figure out where it is. The newspaper clipping shown says "Vaughan" It looks like Indiana or Illinois (which looks like OH) but for all I know it could be Nebraska, KS, SD, ND, IA.... The houses are so close together... I thought it had to be IL close to Chicago.

Or is it not really true....

Joe it might be a great place to list and sell homes. I don't know that I would stigmatize my property... by doing a video if I was a homeowner. If they are nice ghosts....
