Wow, sounds cheap.

What would this lot be worth at the height of the real estate market?

Back during the insanity of 2005, these lots were going for $65000. Not sure when we will ever see that again, but with all the new growth coming to this area, I anticipate a good, slow, steady growth.

It is actually cheap and i agree with you Jim that this is going to have steady growth further. There are some really exciting upcoming projects for this region.
