NUMBER OF NEW HOME SALES DECLINE - but the number of re-sales of existing homes continues to be strong in comparison to the last year.  Stocks are down 50pts at time of this rate sheet, but Bonds & MBS pricing are moving up.  Possible rate improvement later today.

ARMs DROP, but FIXED is up slightly  -  I know that most people want fixed rates, but make sure you consider the time the home AND loan will be kept.  If less than 8 or 9yrs, then they should at least look into an ARM, which will save significantly on the interest.  Call/email and I can show you how to compare accurately.
