People need to understand the drive and the dedication to make a short sale work. And short sale listings deserve EVERY bit of care as we give regular listings, perhaps even more so because the property owners are already in distress and need our help.

LOL Katerina - I forgot about the lovely FTC...you are too funny! The nice thing is, this testimonial is NOT atypical...but unfortunately, lots of short sales do not close with such success overall, however, you and I both know that ours generally do close successfully. ;)

Michael, Thank you for the kind words! This couple was so helpful - when the bank needed more info or documentation, they got right to it. That is key to a successful sale, so they really deserve credit for doing their part. Seller cooperation is vital!

Dawn, all I can say is you are a saint to work those short sales for your clients....I don't have the patience for it! I am trying not to use that kind of language....haha!
