Last night we picked apples from our beautiful tree and felt grateful for a good harvest this year.  The fall air was crisp.  We woke up this morning to snow on the ground in a winter-wonderland.  The transition was a wake-up call that temperatures and weather can be quick-change artists in the Cedar City, Utah, real estate area!

No matter what the weather, it's a great day to look at homes and get one under contract before it's too late to get the $8,000 tax credit.  Agreed?  Speaking of weather, we hear rumors in the wind that the $8,000 tax credit will be extended.  I'd love to hear from you.  Do you have any input?

I agree that four seasons are very appealing...I think, though, I like our short bursts of snow (usually a 24 hr. winter), with that long late Fall or long early Spring, depending on how one looks at it!
