Hi Li..I know the area, when I was Younger (about 100 years ago) I drove for a Food wholesaler and I always was rushing with my Saltspring Deliveries to make the Noon Ferry at Vesuvius to Crofton. If I was Early there was a little store I'd stop at, they Made Chinese Fortune Cookies for Restaurants as a second business.

That store is still there, Fred, but now it sells amazing chocolate meringue cookies, made by the French Patisserie in town! Things move on....

Sound like a piece of paradise.
