Sheldon.  Prince William is a huge county and offers homes in urban and rural areas.  There's something for everyone.

That $66K in PW was a small home on almost an acre in Manassas.  It was a foreclosure sale.

The $1.1Million home was a luxury Colonial in Haymarket, 8 years old in Haymarket with 6140 sq. ft.

The Photos are Reminiscent of Home for me.  I like the way you laid out the numbers and facts.  Very quick and easy information.  Just like I like it.

Very good sales numbers for the area Lenn.  In my little corner of the world, we are lucky to get that many sales in a year.  We just don't have that many homes.  Of course, that's one of the reasons I like living here.
