The $8000 homebuyer tax credit will be extended and will allow all homebuyers not just first timers but they'll be income limits. This should be voted on this week. More details to follow.

Let's not jump the gun.  There are two versions of this bill floating around the house and senate.  Frankly the restrictions they have added to the "anybody" part of the bill with the 7 year time period from your last home purchase isn't going to get many people excited.  We are still waiting for them to pass HR 3590 which extended the credit to military who have been stationed overseas during part of last year.  That bill came out of the house weeks ago.
