The thermometer in my car read 41 degrees at 6:30 am. The Italian Greyhounds chose the pool solar cover to catch some rays and keep warm!

Those dogs are very nice looking and very smart. Looks like a good place to get some relief from the cold.

Joan: They were loving it obviously! Was glad I had the iPhone when I caught them!

Renee, that's pretty cold! Hope it warmed up during the day!

Renee, I thought your weather was much warmer than that? Are you having a cold snap, or is this typical? The dogs look adorable and comfy!

Silvia: It did but I never shed my layers of sweaters, LOL!

Elizabeth: It is slightly colder than normal BUT winters are cold. We hit the freezing mark many times during the dead of winter and may get an inch or two of snow once, or maybe twice! I live in the foothills :)

That's a bit chilly indeed. Beautiful dogs!

Very cute! They need to cuddle to stay warmer!

Renee - sweet babies! I'm also surprised at how cool it is there. I guess I thought Vegas was like CA...warm all year long. Thanks for sharing!

My chocolate lab sunbathes all the time, Renee. In fact, the only time she really moves throughout the day is to change positions when the sun moves.

Hi Renee, Cute pups. It only got to 61 here in east SD but the wind made it seem a lot cooler. Now 41, that is cold.

It's getting to be hot tub weather on the mainland. Wishing for some chilly evenings here in Hawaii

I guess that plastic gets nice and warm in the those sunny rays. I'd be laying there too, haha. And after all, they are Italian so they must be smart!
