This is a very nice home with an awesome view, very impressive listing.

Jason, what's with the last photo? The room has all the furniture pushed up against the wall, and the room has a chandelier in it. Is it a living room or is it a dinning room? I think this home would sell more quickly with that room redesigned. If it is the dinning room, move the furniture out and bring in a table. If is not, change out the chandelier to a ceiling fan with light.

Now this looks like a great home!!! Hope it sells soon!
