There is still no Bill being offered up for a vote, only a possibility of sneaking it through as a rider to another bill.  Don't be surprised if this is just some "grandstanding."

Steve: I'm keeping my fingers crossed that for once, Washington will get it right and realize how important this is, not only to keep First Time Buyers buying, but to get something to those move-up buyers!

I"ll be watching the news a bit more closely over the next few days!

Lenn, I know.  I got excited and jumped the gun.  As we have seen recently, the Senate is the hurdle when it comes to approving funds, so if they are on board, everyone else should be easier to get on board.
