I love propaganda people - they are blisfully useless. Expand, grow, overcome, achieve are words that we act every day. We just don't notice that because we don't have to.

Well said, if you are in the top 3% of your field, heck even the top 10% but if you aren't.....  Well you probably aren't expanding, growing, overcoming or achieving at any rate that you could be. It's difference between average , (nose above water) and uber- success.
